How to Refill Electronic Cigarette Cartridges:
E-Cigarette structure:
- When the cigarette cartridge is no longer working--generally speaking, they last the equivalent of about 20 cigarettes--it's time to swap in a new one. The smoker will know it's time to replace the cartridge when the amount of vapor leaving the e-cigarette decreases
